• Right to request access to personal data relating to the interested party You have the right to be informed about: • Copy of the personal data being processed. • The purposes of the processing, categories of personal data processed and possible communications of data and their recipients. • If possible, the period for which your data will be retained. Otherwise, the criteria for determining this period. • The right to request the rectification or deletion of data, the limitation of processing, or to object to it. • The right to file a complaint with the Control Authority. • If an international data transfer occurs, receive information about the appropriate safeguards. • The existence of automated decisions (including profiles), the logic applied and the consequences of this processing.
• Right to request rectification You have the right, in addition to rectifying inaccurate data, to complete incomplete personal data, including through an additional declaration.
• Right to request its deletion With this right you can request: • The deletion of personal data without undue delay when any of the foreseen cases occur. For example, unlawful processing of data or when the purpose that motivated the processing or collection has disappeared. • However, there are exceptions where this right will not apply, such as when the right to freedom of expression and information prevails.
• Right to object Through the right of opposition you can oppose the processing of your personal data: • When for reasons related to your personal situation, it is necessary to cease processing the data, unless a legitimate interest is proven or it is necessary for the exercise or defense of claims. • When the processing is for direct marketing purposes.
• Right to Data Portability You will be able to receive your personal data provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and be able to transmit them to another controller, whenever technically possible.
• Right to request the limitation of your treatment This right allows you to: • Request the person responsible to suspend data processing when: – The accuracy of the data is discussed, while this accuracy is verified. – The interested party has exercised their right to object, while it is being verified whether the legitimate reasons of the person responsible prevail. • Request that personal data be retained when: – The processing is unlawful and the interested party opposes the deletion, requesting the limitation of its use. – The person responsible no longer needs the data, but the interested party requires it for the formulation, exercise or defense of claims.
• Right not to be subject to automated individual decisions You have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produce legal effects or significantly affect you.
• Right to withdraw consent granted The withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on prior consent. Before giving consent, the interested party will be informed of this.
• Right to complain to the Control Authority Any interested person may file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority of any EU State if they consider that the processing of their personal data does not comply with the provisions of the Regulation.
